Solutions Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Deliver ing regulatory initiatives across the Luxembourg Management Company and operating regions while monitoring and anticipating regulatory developments, with a focus on operational resilience (e.g., DORA, outsourcing, ICT risk).
• Managing technology reporting requirements to the different governance forums and conducting officer s .
• Liaising with the Risk Management, Corporate Governance, Audit and Information Security teams to ensure that processes and practices meet all regulatory demands.
• Representing Capital Group in industry workgroups and staying abreast of latest developments in Fin t ech and Regtech .
• Implement ing and manag ing AI solutions across Europe and Asia, covering product strategy, design, prioritization, and lifecycle using no‑code, low‑code, and pro‑code approaches.
• Build data‑ and AI‑driven systems, including data pipelines, retrieval and agent‑based architectures (LLMs, ML, vector databases, APIs), and multi‑step asynchronous workflows.
• Deliver scalable, reliable solutions using strong software engineering practices and cloud platforms (AWS and Azure), with a focus on quality, observability, and resilience.
• Building relationships with your customers, partner teams and the engineers on your team.
• Influenc ing your team's technical decisions by making insightful contributions to team priorities and approach.
