- At least 5-7 years related experience in a multi-national environment: Life Science or manufacturing experience a plus.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Demonstrated success leading complex analyses, projects and cross-functional initiatives that drive business impact.
- Experience developing financial models, forecasts, budgets, and executive-level reporting to support decision making.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to effectively multi-task, take initiative and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to build credibility and partner effectively across teams through strong communication, influence, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with experience using SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or similar ERP systems.

Finance Manager Location: The actual location of this job is in Portsmouth, NH. This role is primarily based on site. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards. We offer flexibility to work remotely for no more than 20% of your time. Requests are considered on a case‑by‑case basis, in line with business needs. The Finance Manager is a key member of the site finance team, providing financial, analytical, and technical expertise to support the SPM organization. The role enables and monitors the execution of the LPO SPM strategy while contributing to the development and improvement of local financial processes, procedures, and systems as the site continues to grow. Operating at both strategic and operational levels, the Finance Manager delivers financial insights, supports critical planning and reporting activities, and ensures the timely delivery of financial information to support effective decision-making.
