- Liaise with carers on scheduling, reminders, and updates
- Provide day-to-day coordination support to ensure services run smoothly
- Support engagement efforts such as appreciation events and activities
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain proper filing and records on shared systems
- Track and file incident reports within required timelines
- Support basic data collection and reporting for programme tracking
- Others
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the team
- Support coordination with internal teams and external partners where required
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- Some experience (e.g., 1-2 years) in administration, coordination, community care, or related fields is preferred; candidates with transferable skills are also encouraged to apply
- Comfortable using digital tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Forms, SharePoint) or similar platforms
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Comfortable engaging with seniors and a diverse range of community stakeholders
- Ability to communicate in dialects or additional languages is an advantage
