Production Supervisor (Friday - Sunday, 5:00AM-6:30PM)

Requirements

• Associates degree or 10+ years of experience working in manufacturing environments
• 3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Experience in managing production teams
• Working knowledge in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management
• Proficiency in analyzing production metrics and performance data
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and OSHA compliance requirements
• Experience with quality management systems
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
• Experienced in coil assembly or fabrication in a manufacturing environment
• Background in training and developing production staff
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

In this role, you will oversee daily production operations, lead a team of production associates, and ensure that all manufacturing processes meet our quality standards and safety requirements.
