As our Project Manager, you won't just be ticking boxes on a Gantt chart. You'll be the strategic engine driving multiple consulting projects from conception to impact. Lead & Deliver: Simultaneously manage multiple consulting projects, ensuring they land on time, within scope, and above expectations. AI & Tech Initiatives: Oversee AI-related projects, translating complex tech capabilities into tangible business value for clients. Stakeholder Harmony: Act as the primary bridge between cross-functional tech teams, business consultants, and C-level clients. Risk & Resource Management: Spot bottlenecks before they happen, optimize resource allocation, and keep project momentum high despite changing variables. We are looking for a master-organizer, highly execution-focused. You don't need to be an AI engineer, but you absolutely must speak the language of both business and technology fluently. Experienced: 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within management consulting, a top-tier digital agency, or a fast-paced tech environment. Multi-Project Experience: A proven track record of successfully running multiple complex projects concurrently. Tech-Curious: Strong familiarity with modern tech stacks, data, or AI-driven workflows. You know your LLMs from your APIs and understand how they solve business problems. Communication Pro: Exceptional communication skills in English (and Polish), capable of managing high-level client expectations and steering diverse teams. Agile Mindset: Highly comfortable with ambiguity. You view shifting requirements as an interesting puzzle to solve, not a crisis. Compelling Financials: 17,000 - 20,000 PLN net monthly on a B2B contract.
