Additionally, the division boasts a diverse portfolio that also includes a Rental Brand, operating exclusively in Barbados. Within this division, the respective companies offer a range of services, including authentic parts, mechanical and electrical workshops, body shops, tire services, and the manufacturing and retailing of vehicle batteries. We are looking for a self-motivated, detailed oriented and results-driven Logistics Coordinator to become a part of the Automotive Division. This position reports directly to the General Manager Core Objective of the role: The Logistics Coordinator supports the Sales Team by managing administrative tasks, organizing sales data and enhancing customer service. Core Responsibilities: To ensure the accurate processing of vehicle sales in the Sales Department. To enter vehicle data and maintain records of stock counts. To update daily sales records for the new vehicle brands. To ensure all documentation is prepared for the vehicle sales. To ensure that delivery packages are prepared for all vehicles. To ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. To coordinate all brand activities in compliance with Original Equipment Manufacturer brand standards. Qualifications and Skills: Five (5) CXC certificates inclusive of English Language and Mathematics. Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent customer service skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with OEMs, internal teams, and regional counterparts. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
