Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and security transformation initiatives.
- Lead information security governance, risk management, compliance, and security assurance programs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, technology risk, or related leadership roles.
- Proven track record leading enterprise security programs and cybersecurity transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience in security governance, cyber risk management, compliance, and audit management.
- Experience managing security incidents, remediation programs, and security improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, and related standards.
- Experience across multiple security domains, including Security Operations, Cloud Security, IAM, Data Protection, Third-Party Risk Management, and Security Governance.
- Demonstrated ability to engage executive stakeholders and influence business decisions.
- Industry experience within logistics, supply chain, transportation, manufacturing, or other operationally complex environments will be advantageous.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, or CCSP are highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
