Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and verify product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines with factories
- Create and maintain accurate sales orders in internal systems and SAP
- Issue order confirmations and provide timely updates on order status
- Coordinate stock availability, production progress, and delivery schedules with factories
- Arrange shipments and liaise with warehouses for packing and dispatch
- Work closely with freight forwarders on booking and delivery schedules
- Prepare shipping documents, including invoices and packing lists

- Follow up on customer payments and maintain records of accounts payable transactions

Requirements
- Experience in sales coordination, customer service, logistics, or order processing
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Basic knowledge of shipping procedures and Incoterms
- Experience using SAP or similar order management systems
- Experience working in a Japanese company or in the fishing tackle industry is an added advantage
