- Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to independently manage cases and meet deadlines consistently
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Experience with data collection and electronic documentation systems required
- Familiarity with the Rethink platform is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
