Responsibilities
- 🔹 Client & Account Management
- Serve as the main day-to-day contact for clients
- Build strong relationships and ensure smooth project delivery
- 🔹 PR & Media Relations
- Pitch and manage media and influencer engagements
- Write and distribute press releases, speeches, and media materials
- Monitor and analyse media coverage
- 🔹 Content & Social Media
- Plan content calendars and create engaging social media content
- Write captions, script reels, and support filming/editing
- Manage online communities and respond to queries
- 🔹 Campaigns & Strategy
- Plan and execute integrated PR and digital campaigns
- Generate new ideas to drive engagement and results
- Track performance and prepare monthly reports with insights
- 🔹 Events & Business Support
- Organise media events, launches, and influencer activations
- Support new business proposals and research
- WHAT YOU BRING
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline (Communications/Marketing preferred)
- 1-2 years (PR) or 1-2 years (Digital) experience in agency or in-house
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Passion for social media, content creation, and storytelling
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
