About the role

Responsibilities

  • Experience: Proven experience working with the elderly in a care setting.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, manage, and inspire a care team.
  • Training and Development: Experience in supporting staff with further training and development.

Hampton Care Home is a spacious, purpose-built home in the London suburb of Hampton, providing high-quality nursing, dementia, palliative and short-term care for up to 76 residents. Set across three floors with generous ensuite bedrooms, dedicated staff teams and secure landscaped gardens, the home offers a safe, supportive and welcoming environment designed for comfort, dignity and quality of life. As Clinical Lead, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Home Manager in the daily operations of our care home, leading a committed team with enthusiasm and dedication.
