This isn't technical repair. It's keeping the hotel environment clean, organized and operational every single day. BEFORE YOU ARRIVE This position is based in Greece. You relocate for the season. You live where others spend their holidays. Accommodation is organized before arrival. Meals are included during your contract. No apartment hunting. No supermarket stress. You move to Greece with everything arranged - so you can focus on work and experience. WHAT THIS ROLE REALLY IS Property Maintenance in this context means: Keeping public hotel areas clean Supporting operational cleanliness Maintaining order in back-of-house areas Ensuring corridors, common spaces and service areas stay presentable This is not repair work . It is structured operational cleaning support. You help maintain the environment guests move through every day. WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE You follow a daily plan. You clean hallways, staircases, staff areas or shared spaces. You support housekeeping when needed. You remove waste. You restock supplies. You help maintain overall order. You work independently - but you are part of a larger hotel system. Some days are routine. Some days are busy. Structure keeps everything flowing.
