We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in driving product excellence and fostering supplier partnerships to support our brand's growth and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end merchandising process, from sourcing and product development to production follow-up and vendor collaboration. Here is what you need to know about this role: Understand customer needs and requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies. Identify and negotiate with suppliers to meet product requirements and achieve cost efficiency. Support product development process to ensure alignment with quality standards and budget expectations. Manage production timelines and order follow-up to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong business relationships with vendors to support product development and production. Support ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Merchandising, Fashion and Garment, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a manufacturing background and/or experience in mid to high-end ladies' fashion, covering both woven and knit.
• Well-versed in merchandising and product development processes, with a strong track record in production follow-up.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Skilled in MS Office applications.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
