Location: Woodland Working Hours: 5.5 days per week (Mon to Fri: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Sat: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM ) Willingness to commit to extended hours when required Job Description: Supervise the day-to-day operations of the worker dormitory Monitor resident check-in, check-out and room allocation activities Maintain accurate occupancy records and resident information Conduct routine inspections of rooms, common areas and facilities to ensure cleanliness and compliance with dormitory rules Enforce dormitory regulations, house rules and company policies Handle residents' enquiries, complaints and welfare matters, escalating major issues to the Dormitory Manager when required Monitor housekeeping, security, waste management and maintenance activities Coordinate repair and maintenance requests and follow up on rectification works Ensure dormitory facilities, equipment and common areas are properly maintained Monitor access control, visitor registration and security arrangements Assist in incident investigations and preparation of incident reports Support emergency response activities, fire drills and evacuation exercises Ensure compliance with MOM, FEDA, SCDF and other applicable regulatory requirements Liaise with service providers, contractors and government officers during inspections and site visits Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports Support worker welfare programmes and resident engagement activities Perform after-office-hour duties and emergency response when required Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
