J oin our dynamic PTP Team as Regional Business Process Owner t at Avis Budget Group BSC in Budapest! As Regional p rocess owner the job holder is responsible for creating a standard process across PTP EMEA, drive the necessary process and system changes contributing to the EMEA PTP strategy . The role supports the other Regional and Global Process Owners and works in alignment with the PTP SDM, and the country finance and procurement teams. What you´ll do: Understand and define BSC PTP business strategy and own EMEA PTP process design . Ensure BSC strategy is in alignment with the EMEA and Global strategy. Initiate and/or approve changes in EMEA process framework, design and documents Own the control designs, approve deviations, and accountable for ensuring that the design is effective Define the BSC P T P KPI framework in alignment with the Global ABG KPI set, understand the root cause of deviations from the target and in alignment with the BSC PTP team define mitigation actions Provide support for change projects as required and initiate/lead change projects in line with strategy Manage and work with external and internal partners, supporting the regional BPOs through system implementations, system enhancements, and / or process improvements. R esponsible for the consistency of internal management processes and for good cooperation between the Service Delivery teams and between the different functional areas and project teams such as BSC Transformation and Transition team and 3 rd party consultants . Lead task migrations into the BSC P T P team from countries or other teams Be a role model for each of the ABG Value s and integrate these into everything you do from training , mentoring , and supporting team members . A ssess engagement and drive improvements in the team. E nsure engaging environment, communication . Meet with other Regionals and the Global BPO regularly to align and update on projects and processes changes
