Electrical Surveyor, Trimble Machine

Requirements

• Proven experience as an electrician.
• Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems.
• Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g., wire strippers, voltmeter etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints.
• Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight.
• Diploma in relevant vocational training or successfully completed apprenticeship as an electrician.

The company has significant opportunities to further penetrate its existing markets and expand into other geographies and service lines. -Must have surveying experience and know how to operate a Trimble Survey Machine and know how to shoot electrical layout points. -Must know how to upload needed files to survey machine. -Must need to be familiar with how to read Electrical drawings, Cad files, layout drawings etc. -Must have electrical experience minimum (4) years in the electrical trade. -Must have basic computer skills. -Must know Bluebeam, and be familiar with Cad/Revit, Use Microsoft Word, Excel etc. -When not surveying or updating drawings and filling out paperwork they MUST be able to preform electrical work in the field.
