About the role

We're looking for Production Technicians to support daily manufacturing operations - running machines, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. Choose your preferred shift - permanent day or permanent night - with island-wide transport, shift allowances, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Operate machines and process units as assigned
  • Troubleshoot machine/equipment failures to meet production targets and quality standards
  • Perform preventive maintenance (cleaning, servicing, component replacement)
  • Monitor and record machine/process parameters; take containment and corrective actions as needed
  • Conduct sampling inspections per the Quality plan; handle disposition of non-conforming products
  • Support the Team Leader in executing changes and projects within the production area
  • Update MES satellite accurately (component lot numbers, shift output, waste, downtime)
  • Manage material handling - packing/unpacking, loading/unloading
  • Perform visual inspections using scope

Requirements

  • Minimum Secondary School / "O" Level / SPM / NITEC / Diploma in any field
  • Must have the legal right to work in Singapore
  • Able to work in a cleanroom or non-cleanroom manufacturing environment
  • Able to perform permanent Day OR Night shift
  • Able to stand for long hours
