Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for setting the vision for the practice and translating strategy into action, creating an environment where people can thrive while delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.

  • Work collaboratively across disciplines and geographies to bring the best of Aurecon to our clients and communities.
  • Apply a strong commercial lens to decision making, balancing client outcomes, risk management, profitability and long-term growth.
  • Represent Aurecon within the industry through professional networks, industry forums and key stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in leadership roles within the Rail industry, with a strong track record of building successful teams, implementing strategic plans and translating vision into business growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain trusted executive-level client relationships that create long-term value.
  • A strong industry profile with an established network and the ability to leverage market relationships to generate opportunities and expand business.
  • Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience managing performance, profitability, business development and growth initiatives.
  • A track record of delivering practical, impactful outcomes
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
  • Relevant qualifications and industry expertise within a rail-related discipline.
