Responsibilities

  • Arrival & Departure Excellence : Warmly greet guests at the entrance within seconds of arrival, using their names and titles whenever possible. Assist with opening car doors and safely unloading or loading luggage.
  • Luggage Management : Ensure the "safe keeping" of all incoming, outgoing, and stored baggage. This includes accurate tagging, organizing the luggage room into Arrival, Departure, and Long-Term sections, and maintaining a clear logbook.

  • Physical Demands : Ability to stand for long periods and frequently lift or push/pull up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

  • Experience : Typically at least 1-2 years in a luxury 5-star hospitality environment.
  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Hospitality Management is often an asset.
  • Skills : Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (for example Arabic) are highly desirable.
  • Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
  • experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages.
  • Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
  • A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with Luxury standards.
