To enable launch excellence, strengthen pre-launch readiness and clarify strategic direction, the Launch Excellence Lead (Sr. Marketing Manager) role will be established. From a business perspective, this role will lead pre-launch preparation before the Brand Lead is fully onboarded. The role will serve as the key business interface for product-related matters, work closely with CSI, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Supply, Regulatory and Global teams, ensure critical milestones are achieved on time or accelerated, and enable a smooth transition to the future Brand Lead. Role and Responsibility - Lead pre-launch planning and readiness for ORBU new products before Brand Lead onboarding, including workplan, timeline and key deliverables. - Serve as the key business interface for new product-related matters, driving cross-functional communication, issue resolution and resource coordination. - Partner with CSI, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Supply, Regulatory and Global teams to align launch strategy, approval pathway, access strategy, evidence plan, supply readiness and commercialization plan. - Drive critical launch milestones, proactively identify risks, dependencies and acceleration opportunities, and establish escalation and decision-making mechanisms. - Develop initial product strategy, market assessment and mid-to-long-term forecast model based on market insights, competitive dynamics, patient journey and business opportunities. - Support business case development, prioritization and resource allocation recommendations to inform management decisions. - Establish launch governance, including project cadence, cross-functional meetings, action tracking, risk management and key decision documentation. - Ensure a structured handover to the Brand Lead once onboarded, including strategic direction, project status, key risks, stakeholder map and next-step actions. Professional Qualification & Skills - 8+ years of healthcare/pharmaceutical industry experience; NPP, new product planning or consulting experience is preferred. - Proven new product launch experience in marketing or commercial roles, with solid understanding of key processes from early planning to launch readiness. - Ability to independently develop product strategy, market assessment and mid-to-long-term forecast models, with strong business acumen and analytical capability. - Oncology experience is preferred. - Fluent written and verbal English communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with Global teams. - Strong cross-functional communication, coordination and influencing skills, with ability to drive alignment and action in a matrix organization without direct reporting authority. - Strong project management capability, with ability to independently manage multiple complex projects and deliver key milestones on time. - Strong structured thinking, problem-solving and risk anticipation capabilities. - Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and other office tools; strong forecast modeling and business analysis capability.
