ZEISS Microoptics is a unit within the strategic business area Photonics & Optics and specializes in the development, optimization, mastering, replication, and integration of optical applications based on micro-optical and holographic optical elements. Shape the next generation of holographic display solutions - from optical system concepts to fully functional customer prototypes. Your role Support the execution of market and account strategies defined by the responsible BDM by coor-dinating internal deal and account workstreams, track action items, timelines, and follow-ups to en-sure continuity and transparency, escalate operational risks, delays, or coordination conflicts to the responsible BDM as needed Act as the primary operational and coordination interface for assigned customers and partners, en-suring alignment and smooth collaboration between customers, partners, sales, business develop-ment, and internal support functions Provide comprehensive sales support and back-office services, including opportunity coordination, documentation, and internal approval processes Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, partner, and opportunity data in CRM and other rele-vant systems, ensuring structured documentation and traceability of customer and partner interactions across internal interfaces Prepare, consolidate, and maintain reports, presentations, and account-related documentation for internal and external stakeholders, including support for the preparation and coordination of custom-er and partner meetings (agenda alignment, follow-up tracking, and action documentation) Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational workflows and quality-relevant process-es in the customer and partner interface (e.g., coordination routines, documentation standards, and system usage) Your profile Degree in business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification Experience in account coordination, sales support, partner management, or a similar role in a B2B environment, ideally in the industrial sector Solid understanding of sales processes, joint go-to-market models, and customer-facing operations, Experience with CRM systems and collaboration tools is an advantage Proven ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams, priorities, and stakeholders in a dynamic customer-facing environment as well as the ability to identify coordination risks early and escalate issues appropriately within cross-functional structures Ability to work independently within defined operational responsibilities while aligning closely with commercial lead roles Strong organizational and coordination skills with a structured and reliable working style and Ability to work effectively in matrix organizations with shared responsibilities and multiple stakeholders Confident communication skills in German and English and the ability to interact professionally with customers, partners, and internal teams Technical affinity and willingness to engage with technical topics; experience in technical sales support is an advantage Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Stefanie Kretschmann
