Key Responsibilities (Admin & Logistics Assistant) - Coordinate with schools on the delivery and collection of competition materials - Prepare, pack, and organize materials for competitions and events - Track deliveries and maintain accurate logistics records - Support logistics and operational activities during competition periods - Assist with administrative and logistics tasks assigned by the Logistics Manager Key Responsibilities (Customer Service Specialist) - Respond to enquiries from students, parents, schools, and partners via email, phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels - Provide accurate information on registrations, competition schedules, training programmes, and related services - Support competition administration, including registrations, data verification, and preparation of competition-related documents - Maintain accurate records and update internal systems and databases as required - Escalate complex enquiries when necessary and provide administrative support to ensure smooth competition operations
