Responsibilities
- Own and manage the demand forecast for assigned product categories, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain

- Lead alignment across customer, commercial, and supply chain priorities, ensuring a single, integrated demand plan that reflects both market realities and operational constraints
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that enable better joint decision-making with Sales and customers
- Demonstrate a high level of ownership and accountability for customer performance.
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (required), preferred focus in Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, or Information Systems.
- 3+ years experience in related field with experience leading process optimization and large data analysis within Supply Chain or Operations.
- 1-3+ years' of major retail experience
- Excellent data analytical skills and use of continuous improvement tools, comfortable managing large datasets. Proficient with Excel.
- Independently perform assignments with instruction limited to the expected results. Determine and develop an approach to solutions.
- Strong communication skills - able to clearly communicate analysis results, able to collaborate with other functional areas to arrive at forecast consensus, and apply data to drive decisions

The Forecast Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining the SKU-by-DC, monthly customer demand forecast across an 18-month horizon. This role goes beyond forecast generation - you will interpret trends, identify risks and opportunities, and proactively influence business decisions. Leveraging tools such as Kinaxis Maestro, Power BI, and Excel, you will translate data into actionable insights that directly impact procurement, production planning, distribution, and financial performance.
