- Several years of experience in automotive regulatory compliance or product compliance in a highly regulated industry, ideally in the autonomous vehicle industry with motivation to expand
- Strong knowledge of EU and US regulations for automated driving systems
- Solid understanding of type approval processes and homologation frameworks
- Extensive experience in business process modeling with respective tool support, e.g., Signavio
- Ability to read, interpret, and operationalize regulatory standards and technical specifications
- Strong communication skills and confidence in making clear and firm governance decisions
- Proven ability to balance regulatory rigor with pragmatic, scalable engineering and management processes
- Business fluent English and German skills
