Our client is MNC in Environmental Services sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Technical Manager to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible. Key Responsibilities for Technical Manager: Technical Expertise & Troubleshooting Subject matter expert in chiller plants, pumps, cooling towers, air handling units, automation & control systems, and ACMV systems. Carry out detailed on-site measurement and verification using industry-standard instruments: Water-side tools: ultrasonic flow meters, differential pressure gauges, and temperature sensors Air-side tools: anemometers, temperature and humidity measuring devices Chiller performance tools: refrigerant pressure gauges (manometers) Develop Functional Design Specifications (FDS) for chiller plant optimisation and performance improvement strategies. Stakeholder & Contractor Coordination Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors for chiller plant enhancement and performance optimisation works. Engage with clients to provide technical consultation, progress updates, and system improvement recommendations. Commissioning & Performance Optimisation Lead commissioning, testing, and fine-tuning of chiller plants, AHUs, and ACMV systems to achieve or exceed performance targets. Drive energy optimisation initiatives at project completion, ensuring systems achieve or surpass design COP (kW/RT) requirements. System Design Review & Optimisation Review HVAC design documentation, including schematics, layouts, and control sequences, to identify performance gaps and constructability risks. Propose design improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce lifecycle cost, improve maintainability, and ensure system compatibility.
