Supervisory Program Analyst (Section Supervisor)

About the role

This position is in the Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance (OECA), Office of Criminal Enforcement, Forensics and Training, Criminal Investigations Division, Operations Branch, Field Support Section. About: OECA This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to one of the duty stations stated in this announcement on a regular basis (location TBD after candidate selected). NOTE: You must meet qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement. To qualify for the GS-14 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level defined as analyzing program operations; providing recommendations for operational or process improvements to management; and leading a team or staff to achieve established objectives. You will need the following competencies in order to perform the duties of this position successfully: Leadership* Manages and Organizes Information* Program / Project Management / Evaluation* Coaching and Developing Others Planning and Evaluating Consultation Oral Communication Written Communication *You will be evaluated on these critical competencies.
