DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION: Baystate Health, western Massachusetts's premier healthcare provider and home to Baystate Medical Practices, is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to support the Bariatric Surgery Program within the Department of General Surgery. The Clinical Nurse Coordinator develops and facilitates a systems-based approach to care delivery for a defined patient population across the continuum of care. This role partners with physician leaders and multidisciplinary teams to advance clinical initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, and patient outcomes while supporting evidence-based practice and program goals. This position plays a key role in coordinating care, supporting quality improvement efforts, and contributing to the ongoing development and success of the bariatric surgery program. SCHEDULE: 24-hour on-site position Flexible schedule based on clinic and surgical needs Must align with surgeon availability and 7:30 AM department meetings Additional on-site coverage as required
