Site Manager (Construction)

Responsibilities

• Lead and managethe overall logistics operations across construction projects.
• Oversee dailylogistics operations, fleet deployment, manpower coordination, and operationalplanning to support smooth project execution.
• Manage fleetoperations including cranes, lorries, vehicles, machinery, and equipmentutilization.
• Coordinate withProject Managers, site teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure operationaland logistics requirements are met.
• Superviselogistics staff, general workers, and operational manpower across multipleproject sites.
• Monitor fleetmaintenance, permits, insurance, and compliance with safety and regulatoryrequirements.
• Reviewoperational performance, manpower deployment, resource utilization, andlogistics costs.
• Drive processimprovement, operational efficiency, and problem-solving initiatives.
• Prepareoperational and logistics reports for management review.
• Perform any otherduties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Degree or Diplomain Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Operations/ Logistics or relatedfield.
• Minimum 8-12years of relevant experience in construction operations, logistics, or fleetmanagement.
• At least 3-5years of managerial experience in the construction industry.
• Experiencemanaging cranes, lorries, machinery, fleet operations, and site manpower.
• Familiar withSingapore construction industry practices and operational requirements.
