Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme ("MRC") for Hong Kong The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions ("AIs") to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual's previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions. For information related to MRC Scheme, "Frequently Asked Questions for In Scope Individuals" is published by HKAB/Industry Guidelines ( https://www.hkab.org.hk/en/home ) or further information will be available upon request, if it is applicable to the position(s) applied. Country of Location: China Hong Kong Job Responsibilities: - Assist with latest technology studying and prepare relevant presentation - Assist Business Analyst Process - Assist with functional reviews and acceptance testing during the software development lifecycle - Work closely with project team to draft prototype, screen flows, project documentation, and maintain consistent business communication with end user - Assist project activities (e.g. arrangement of meeting & minutes taking, follow up the project documentation sign-off, and project filing, etc). - Assist update of detailed project plans, including definition of milestones and deliveries to bring projects from initiation to delivery. - Assist discussion for the technical solution and operational flow for the new initiation. - Assist reporting of project progress, cost, risks, issues and dependencies. - Support the preparation and completion of project documentation according to the approved project management guideline.
