This position will work closely with the HR and Learning & Development teams, providing administrative support. It's a great short-term opportunity to gain HR experience in a fast-paced environment. What to expect in the job? Provide administrative support to the HR and Learning & Development teams. Scan, upload, and accurately store employee records and documentation in SharePoint. Maintain and organise digital and physical employee files in line with company standards. Support document control to ensure records are accurate, up to date, and accessible. Assist with general HR administrative tasks as required. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information at all times. This is a temporary role of up to 3 months. Please note: This factory is located in an area that is not easily accessible by public transport. What we need from you? Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Good proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic IT skills. Good written and spoken English. Ability to manage and organise files (electronic and paper-based). Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated approach to work. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. What can we offer you?
