Position Summary Game day Event Staff is a part-time role support the execution of athletic contests and related events by providing essential operational services that enhance the experience for student-athletes, officials, and spectators. Staff may be assigned to one or more game-day functions depending on experience and event needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Game day Event Staff may serve in one or more of the following roles: - Operate or assist with scoreboard controls during athletic events - Manage game clocks and timing systems in accordance with sport rules - Retrieve balls and support pace of play during competitions - Serve as Public Address (PA) announcers, delivering game information and announcements clearly and professionally - Operate music to support game atmosphere and fan engagement - Maintain official scorebooks or statistical records during contests - Assist with ticketing operations, including admissions, scanning, and guest support - Provide general game-day support to ensure smooth event operations
