A Bornean themed restaurant - first in Singapore - that offers creative Bornean cuisine and cocktails by a lively team. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet customers at the door and arrange seating. - Take orders and make recommendations for food. - Serve food and beverages in a positive and courteous manner. - Performs cashiering duties when required. - Perform daily operational tasks such as restocking, opening, closing, cleaning and other support duties as instructed by Supervisor. - Ensure consistency in delivering high-quality service. - Practice food hygiene, workplace cleanliness and equipment safety handling. - Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by company
