As a Welder Helper, your key responsibilities will be to assist welders with preparing materials, maintaining safe and organized work areas, and supporting fabrication and repair tasks to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
