JOB SUMMARY As an Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruiting team in identifying, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruiting process within the context of a dynamic and fast-paced consulting practice. JOB DESCRIPTION Candidate Sourcing: Assist in researching and identifying potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, applicant tracking systems, etc. Collaborate with the team to develop creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates Screening and Interviewing: Participate in initial resume and application reviews to assess candidates' suitability for open positions Assist in scheduling initial phone screenings and virtual interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the client opportunity Candidate Engagement: Maintain open and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process Respond to candidate inquiries and provide necessary information about the firm, job roles, and interview process Data Management: Update and maintain candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and organized records Prepare reports and summaries of recruitment activities, highlighting key metrics and trends Administrative Support: Assist Team Coordinator with posting jobs on Indeed and LinkedIn Assist Team Coordinator with reformatting resumes before presenting to the Client Conduct reference checks at the final stage of the hiring process Supervisory responsibilities None Work environment Work is conducted in a professional office environment with minimal distractions Physical demands Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and performing work in front of a computer screen for long periods of time Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time Travel required N/A Required education and experience Currently pursuing a degree in human resources, business administration, communications, or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with social media platforms and their use for recruiting purposes Duration This is a temporary, less than six (6) month internship position.
