Meet the team: Our Program Management team plays a pivotal role in translating strategic priorities into execution, driving operating model maturity, accelerating market readiness, and enabling sustainable business growth. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team and lead enterprise-critical cross-functional programs and transformation initiatives across the EMEA region. This role is suited to a highly credible leader who can shape strategy, influence senior stakeholders across the organization, and lead complex, high-visibility programs with significant regional impact. Where you come in: You lead enterprise-critical product, process, market, and tender design, implementation, and launch programs across EMEA, ensuring successful execution from early planning through deployment and continuous optimization. You act as the senior regional program lead for highly complex, multi-country initiatives, owning delivery outcomes, governance, risk management, and overall business impact. You translate global and enterprise strategies into integrated regional execution roadmaps, aligning scope, sequencing, and priorities to regional market dynamics. You drive cross-functional alignment across commercial, regulatory, market access, supply chain, finance, quality, and operations to enable compliant and scalable delivery. You identify strategic risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early and guide resolution through structured recommendations and scenario planning. You lead post-launch optimization initiatives, improving customer experience, operational efficiency, and scalability, and converting insights into actionable improvements. You establish and evolve program governance, reporting frameworks, and management standards to ensure visibility, consistency, and high-quality decision-making. You act as a trusted advisor to regional and global stakeholders, providing strategic input and influencing decisions beyond the immediate program scope.
