Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in a related field with 3-5 years of customer success/account management experience, specifically experience supporting the public sector Italian and Spanish language skills (professional fluency) Knowledge and/or experience with publicly available information and the real-time alerting needs of public sector organizations, including but not limited to law enforcement or emergency management Outstanding ability to communicate, both orally and written, complex concepts to a wide range of audiences, including technical and non-technical customers within the Software/SaaS space or with senior leaders and decision-makers in the form of a presentation High level of accountability, ability to execute independently on multiple and competing projects and deadlines Must be willing and able to travel (domestically and internationally) as needed, approx. 25-50% of the time Ability to obtain security clearance #LI-JP1 About Dataminr At Dataminr, we are a mission driven team of talented builders, creators and visionaries who have real-world impact on how organizations are able to respond to events. See yourself at Dataminr As a Customer Success Manager, you will drive First Alert Dataminr ('First Alert' is our dedicated Public Sector platform) product adoption, renewal, and usage among First Alert customers and build a strategy to foster account growth, specifically within Italian and Spanish Public Sector accounts.
