Requirements

  • Required Experience & Technical Skills
  • 3-5 years of professional software development experience in production environments
  • Strong proficiency in Java programming (Java 11 minimum; Java 17 preferred) including object-oriented design principles and core libraries
  • Demonstrated experience with Spring Framework ecosystem including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and dependency injection patterns
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture principles and RESTful API design best practices
  • Proficiency with Maven for build automation, dependency management, and project lifecycle management
  • Practical experience with relational database systems and SQL, including query writing and basic optimization
  • Strong unit testing capabilities utilizing JUnit and Mockito frameworks with understanding of test-driven development principles
  • Version control proficiency with Git including branching strategies, merge workflows, and collaborative development practices
  • Working knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker) and cloud platforms (Azure)
  • Experience with gRPC framework and Protocol Buffers for efficient inter-service communication
  • Knowledge of distributed caching technologies and implementations (Redis, Hazelcast)
  • Familiarity with message queue systems and event-driven architecture patterns (Azure Service Bus, Apache Kafka)
  • Experience with performance optimization techniques and profiling tools for identifying and resolving bottlenecks
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipeline concepts and tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar platforms)
  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native application development principles
  • Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, or data analysis tasks
