[Job-29965] Senior Product Manager, Colombia

Responsibilities

• Product DNA: Proven experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst, ideally within high-growth tech environments or platforms. You should have a track record of "owning" a product/feature rather than just managing a backlog.
• Platform Expertise: Strong background in Platform Products, specifically focused on back-end logic and API-driven integrations (DMS or complex system experience is a plus).
• Ownership & Independence: A self-driven profile comfortable with owning complex and technical discoveries end-to-end - someone who can figure out how to understand unfamiliar domains and fill knowledge gaps autonomously.
• Technical Partnership: Deep experience collaborating with engineering teams to navigate technical feasibility and ensure optimal implementation of features.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled at analyzing complex data sets to validate hypotheses, prioritize demands, and support strategic product moves.
• Mobility: Availability for international travel (e.g., project kickoffs and workshops in the USA)
• Language Mastery: Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory, as you will collaborate daily with international teams and clients.
