About the role

You will provide day to day leadership, coaching and support to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality, safe and effective service delivery. You will foster a positive team culture, promote reflective practice and support continuous improvement while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the region.

  • You will also need:
  • Relevant tertiary level qualification in Mental Health or Community Services, with substantial experience; or a combination of experience, expertise and competence sufficient to perform the duties required at this level.
  • Experience working alongside clinical mental health services to achieve collaborative outcomes
  • 100 points of identification and Evidence of right to work in Australia
  • Drivers Licence
  • National Police Check and International Police (only if required)
  • Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • NDIS Workers Orientation Modules - free online course
  • The ability to undertake some travel

Community Living Support (CLS) is a NSW Government-funded initiative providing flexible, community-based psychosocial support for people aged 16 years and over who experience severe mental health challenges. Working closely with Local Health Districts and community partners, we support people to build independence, strengthen connections and work towards their recovery goals.
