Medical Assistant Supervisor

Requirements

• A high school diploma or a Bachelor's degree and four years of relevant work experience along with increasing responsibilities or two years of relevant work experience in a health care setting
• Must be a Certified Medical Assistant.

Location: Frank Kiang Medical Center Job Summary: Under the direction of the Clinic Units Manager, provides supervision and work direction to the Health Coaches, Unit Clerks, Unit Specialist, and other on-call clinic staff in Clinic. He/she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Units and coordinates with other departments, including Triage, Patient Services Department, Member Services, and the Medical Records Supervisor to address workflow issues and solve problems so that efficient and effective delivery of patient services are assured.
