For more information, please visit www.fwd.com PURPOSE - To support the refreshed Digital Strategy focusing on GenAI, AI and Modern Data Platform, an experience data & AI/GenAI practitioner is needed to support enterprise-wide stakeholders make smarter business decisions, leveraging data and insights, fostering internal communication networks, more quickly and effectively. - Independently manage data analytics and AI/GenAI modelling project from end to end. - Conduct analytics and machine learning modelling to generate business insights. - Implement enterprise-wide analytics and insights framework, roadmap, process and tools to achieve Data Driven Decision Organization - Work with stakeholder to execute business insights and generate business impact KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES - Independently manage business stakeholders for end to end AI/GenAI modelling projects which has high complexity and has higher technical challenges. - Understand business needs, and facilitate with business stakeholders to define and develop new Product/Tool/Process innovation by using AI and GenAI. - Fine-tune/pre-train/continue training of GenAI algorithms - Implement AI insights to support GenAI applications - Conduct data discovery and data transformation - Propose actionable business recommendations - Evaluate business impact KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS - Customer insights for new opportunity identification and personalized offering - Distribution performance analytics insights with actionable recommendations - Define and evolve analytics insights methods, toolset and processes including the use of advanced and emerging methodologies, end-to-end analytic development lifecycle, and agile ways of working EXTERNAL & INTERNAL CONTACTS - Group and country function team DECISION MAKING - Identify proper data source / analytic tools QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics or equivalent trade-off in related professional work experience. ~3 years strong experiences with Customer Analytics, Machine Learning, Data Mining, CRM segmentation analytics, program development and implementation. Familiar with Python, PySpark, SQL and MLOps. Familiar with prompt engineering, RAG and other GenAI techniques. Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with business leaders to align with strategic goals. KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS Knowledge of financial (preferably insurance) industry leading data analytics and AI/GenAI practices. Machine learning Skill: neural network, tree-based algorithms (XGBoost, Random Forest), k-means, ARIMA Prompt engineering, GenAI model fine-tuning, RAG Tools and Platforms: Python, Pyspark, SQL, Vector DB, Azure, AWS and GCP
