Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records, support reporting and data entry, and assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee records as needed
- Support weekly employee timekeeping records and reconciliation
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED and 2 years administrative experience in a heavy industrial environment
- Experience in office or site management or branch support environment
- Experience in mining, heavy equipment, industrial, or service-support environment
- Experience with ERP systems, and/or purchasing platforms
- Additional education in business administration
- Licenses & Certifications:
- Additional site-specific safety training, inductions, or certifications may be required at site
- Location: White Pine, TN
- Compensation Range: $55,920 to $72,000
- Work authorization
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States on an indefinite basis without employer sponsorship .
