About the role

We're looking for a highly organized and people-focused Human Resources Specialist to support key HR initiatives across recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Responsibilities

  • Early Career Recruiting & Campus Engagement
  • Build and maintain partnerships with technical schools, colleges, and universities
  • Coordinate internship, co-op, and early career recruiting programs
  • Represent the company at career fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities
  • Manage student job postings and support candidate screening, scheduling, and communications
  • Onboarding & Employee Experience
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including orientation, documentation, and system setup
  • Serve as a key point of contact for interns, co-ops, managers, and mentors
  • Help ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience
  • HR Operations & Administration
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies
  • Process employee changes (promotions, transfers, system updates, etc.)
  • Ensure HR data accuracy across systems while maintaining strict confidentiality
  • Provide administrative support for HR programs, projects, and initiatives
  • Engagement & Culture
  • Support employee engagement, recognition, and wellness initiatives
  • Assist in planning HR events, meetings, and culture-building activities
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements and HR projects

  • Experience & Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related function

  • This position is onsite five days per week for the first six months to support onboarding, training, and relationship building. After that, employees may have the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule (three days onsite per week) based on performance and business needs.
