Responsibilities

  • As a recruiter, your key responsibilities include:
  • Talent Identification & Evaluation : Engage with candidates and assess their potential through thoughtful conversations, contextual analysis, and nuanced judgment, not just resume review.
  • Candidate Conversations : Conduct phone interviews that go beyond surface-level questions to uncover motivations, strengths, and growth potential.
  • Insight Development : Turn observations into ideas. Share candidate insights that help hiring managers assess fit and long-term impact.
  • Continuous Learning : Reflect on hiring outcomes and share feedback that helps us refine how we assess and engage talent.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree is required for this role.

  • Cash Compensation
  • Total cash compensation is generally around $103,000 to $118,000 and includes a profit sharing based on company profitability.
