Assistant Manager/ Manager - Leasing - Hyderabad

About the role

Leasing transactions for industrial, logistics, and warehousing assets across Hyderabad and surrounding micro-markets Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, investors. Advise clients on market rentals, absorption trends, vacancy levels, deal structures, and incentives Identify new business opportunities through market intelligence, networking, and client outreach Conduct site inspections, negotiations, and deal closures in coordination with legal and internal teams Prepare leasing proposals, pitch decks, market reports, and financial analyses Track upcoming supply, infrastructure developments, and regulatory updates impacting the industrial & logistics sector Support institutional mandates and large-format transactions Ensure accurate documentation and timely closure of transactions PGDM / Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field 3-8 years of relevant experience in industrial & warehouse leasing Proven exposure to the Hyderabad industrial real estate market is mandatory Precision-driven, analytical, and detail-focused. Able to navigate complex, high-compliance environments. Excellent planning, controls, and documentation capabilities.
