Cleaning of IRC Guest House (GH) Venlate all rooms regularly. - Sweep and mop floors. - Clean toilets using detergents upon arrival in the morning and at the beginning of the a6ernoon. - Dust furniture. - Clean ceilings and remove spiders and cobwebs. - Wash dishes. - Empty trash bins. 2. Working in IRC Office - Daily Dues - Prepare hot water for tea and coffee upon arrival. - Ensure connuous availability of drinking water (filters, boles, etc.). - Sweep and mop office floors. - Ensure toilets are adequately stocked with paper and supplies. - Clean toilets in the morning and at the beginning of the a6ernoon. - Check that water supplies (kitchen, showers, etc.) are sufficient during water cuts. - Secure the premises by closing doors and windows and turning on outside lights when no occupants are present. 3. Working in IRC Office - Regular / Periodic Dues - Clean furniture at least twice per week. - Clean office and break-area yards, ensuring they remain clean and well organized as needed. - Wash curtains and other fabrics at least once per month. - Clean windows and areas under beds and above cupboards at least once per month. - Assist in preparing facilies during meengs and events. - Reports maintenance and repair needs of facilies and equipment to the line manager. - Immediately inform management and/or technical staff when urgent repairs or protecve acons are required (e.g., insect or rodent infestation). Required Qualificaons, Experience & Skills - Education: Basic literacy (ability to read and write) - Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years' relevant experience in a similar posion - Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and commitment to work responsibilies - Good understanding of hygiene, health, and safety standards - Willingness to learn and contribute to professional development PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS All International Rescue Committee workers must adhere to the core values and principles outlined in IRC Way - Standards for Professional Conduct .
