When will you work? New-hire education includes a thrilling six weeks of paid in-classroom training at our Swedesboro, New Jersey campus, Monday - Friday. You'll explore our state-of-the-art laboratories and impressive shipping and warehousing operations while being trained to become a Customer Care Specialist and a registered New Jersey Pharmacy Technician. Our call center is open from 8:00am to 9:00pm M-F and 9-5pm on Saturdays, with shifts determined by business needs. This position is hybrid, requiring just 2 days a week in the office after your on-site training! All Customer Care employees participate in regular shift bids, allowing work schedules to be awarded based on tenure and performance. This means everyone has the chance to compete for and secure their ideal schedule!
