About the role
This role: Support the Manager, HRBP to implement and manages end-to-end human resource strategies and initiatives besides day-to-day activities. Support the execution of recruitment activities including placing job advertisements, resume screening, candidates shortlisting and interviewing to support manpower needs in line with the Bank and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support
- Job Board Management: Post, update, and manage open positions on our careers page
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial resume reviews and brief phone screenings to shortlist qualified candidates for hiring managers.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule multi-stage interviews (virtual and in-person), managing complex calendars for both candidates and internal interview panels.
- Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring they receive timely updates, clear instructions, and a warm, professional experience throughout the hiring process.
- Workday System Data Maintenance: Maintain and update the candidates' information on our workday system to ensure accurate data, pipeline tracking, and compliance.
- Background & Reference Checks: Initiate and monitor background checks and professional reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
- Onboarding & General HR Administration
- Offer Preparation: Assist in drafting formal offer letters and new-hire paperwork.
- New Hire Onboarding: Coordinate on the new hire onboarding to ensure it is seamless and engaging.
- General Support: Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks, special projects, data analysis for reporting or ad-hoc task as needed.
- Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:
- Undergraduate/ graduate in any field of study from a local or international university.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Min 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources Management.
- Proficient in MS Office such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Words.
- Strong communication, time management and multi-tasks skills.
- A proven track record of handling sensitive and confidential employee and candidate information with the utmost integrity.
