The Giving Program Administrator is responsible for the operational support and data management for Dutch Bros' philanthropic initiatives. This role ensures all grant nominations and donations are processed and tracked efficiently and accurately, supporting the overall reporting and impact measurement for philanthropy programs. Additionally, the Coordinator is responsible for bringing giving programs to life in the field, managing critical campaign logistics, and providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth, hands-on coordination of community events, volunteer activations, and local nonprofit engagement, reporting directly to the Director of Corporate Philanthropy. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or associate in marketing, business administration, communication, or related fields, preferred. 1 year - Experience in community relations, event coordination, field marketing, or corporate social responsibility (CSR)-especially roles involving hands-on event activation. Demonstrated ability to act as an energetic brand ambassador in the field, with a self-motivated, resourceful, and community-oriented mindset. Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts, campaign assets, and field schedules. Skilled in cross-functional communication and collaboration, especially with internal giving teams, field operators, regional marketing specialists, and external nonprofit partners. Near-expert proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 programs (including advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Smartsheet is highly preferred, with a proven ability to independently manage project flows and timelines; familiarity with philanthropic platforms like Benevity or field marketing coordination tools is a plus but not required. Ability to travel locally to shops and community events during field activation hours. Location Requirement: This role is located in Tempe, Arizona. This position is required to be in office 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs); Fridays are optional remote work days. Key Result Areas (KRAs): Philanthropy & Event Coordination (30 Hours / Week) Own and manage the team's central giving inbox, serving as the primary point of contact for all inbound inquiries, triaging messages, and ensuring timely , professional communication. Coordinate core nomination logistics for corporate philanthropic events and campaigns (e.g., Dutch Luv, Buck for Kids, Drink One for Dane). Process nominations and enter donation data into tracking software to ensure accurate reporting of local giving outcomes and SLA compliance. Manage initial inquiries from local nonprofit organizations and individuals regarding program details, grant applications, and partnership requests. Assist with Foundation Board meetings, including scheduling, room logistics , creation of presentation materials, and drafting minutes. Maintain the primary contact database for nonprofit partners, regional field leads, and community stakeholders. Provide general administrative support, including editorial calendar management, local givebacks, program file organization and more. Field Marketing Activation (10 Hours / Week) Act as the tactical bridge between Dutch Bros Giving and the regional Field Marketing team to sync community impact goals with local marketing calendars. Support local shop activations by coordinating assets, signage, and promotional materials for neighborhood giving days and localized marketing events.
