Responsibilities

  • Analyze client requirements and operational feasibility to design fit-for-purpose Xceptor workflows.
  • Build and document automation solutions using Xceptor's low-code/no-code capabilities, including data ingestion, transformation, validation, and output processes.
  • Create flowcharts, technical documentation, and reusable components to support delivery and internal enablement.
  • Configure and deploy Xceptor environments, including integration with upstream/downstream systems.
  • Conduct unit testing, SIT, and UAT, and provide warranty support post go-live.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments, ensuring minimal downtime and high client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost control.
  • Track progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure scope adherence.
  • Maintain license validity and asset repository for Xceptor environments.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on Xceptor features, best practices, and updates.
  • Create and maintain training materials, demo environments, and documentation for consultants and clients.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of use cases and success stories using Xceptor.
  • Create templates and gather data/videos from delivery teams to build high-quality case studies.
  • Ensure version control and accessibility of documentation for delivery enablement.
  • Stay updated on Xceptor platform enhancements, limitations, and integration capabilities.
  • Expand knowledge to adjacent technologies (e.g., RPA, data lakes, APIs) to support broader automation initiatives.
  • Conduct requirement gathering, develop BRDs, and design end-to-end Xceptor solutions.
  • Prepare test scripts, conduct testing phases, and deliver training and support.
  • Provide technical guidance and feedback to consultants during prototyping and PoC phases.
  • Conduct technical interviews and create screening questionnaires for Xceptor roles.
  • Support onboarding and capability development of new team members.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems or related Engineering disciplines.
  • Process Automation Experience : Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Xceptor , Alteryx , or Power Apps for streamlining financial or operational workflows.
  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA) : Proven delivery experience using RPA platforms like Blue Prism , Automation Anywhere , or UiPath , preferably in production-grade implementations
  • Scripting & Programming Skills : Ability to develop and troubleshoot scripts using Python , PowerShell , and JavaScript for integration, data transformation, and automation tasks.
  • Financial Services Domain Exposure: Familiarity with banking or financial services processes, especially in areas like reconciliations, data validations, or regulatory reporting is a plus.
  • Written and spoken fluency in English with business proficiency in either Mandarin and/or Bahasa (Malay/Indonesian) mandatory to liaise with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work well within a multi-disciplinary team structure, but also independently.
  • Meet agreed deadlines, with demonstrable Productivity.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a culturally diverse and inclusive environments.
  • Flexibility in scheduling with willingness to work extra non-standard hours if required.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 20% (domestic, regional and international).
